A day looking at the creative culinary potential
inspired by wild foods & campfire cookery. Wayne
Schroeder (Head of Food at Schumacher
College) will lead an
experiential day covering cutting edge ideas on Health and
Nutrition as well as a clear methodology on opening and deepening
our relationships to nature - what he calls 'Radical Amazement'.
The day will cultivate a personal connection to
foraging, preparing & cooking
for groups in the outdoors.
Location: The course will be held at a beautiful
location in Devon.
Times: 9.30am - 4.30pm
Course Leader - Wayne Schroeder
Wayne is a Food Technologist, Chef, Artisan Baker and Cheesemaker and has been
involved in food for the past 30 years. He is Head of Food at Schumacher College
and has the challenge of keeping the
College on the cutting edge of food policy with regard to organic, fair-trade
and local ingredients. Wayne is the originator of the concept 'Food - A Path
to Radical Amazement'.
