‘How organisations can work with schools to support them in delivering ESD’
                                                                                                                  
There are many new developments in education and lots of opportunities for organisations to support and work with schools in delivering the curriculum and Education for Sustainable development (ESD). This day will look at phases from foundation to GCSE to examine how organisations involved in sustainable development can link into school initiatives. 

It will start at 9.30 and finish at 4.30 and include
- indoor and outdoor activities that link with the curriculum
- an overview of how schools organise themselves and ways of working with schools
- government and school projects/initiatives to link with
- resources, funding and organisations supporting ESD
- a look at some case studies

 

Location : Dartington, near Totnes, Devon.

Trainer – Jon Cree
