This is a new course
looking at the creative culinary potential
inspired by wild foods and campfire cookery with professional
chef from Schumacher College. Wayne will lead an experiential
day covering cutting edge ideas on health and nutrition as
well as a clear fast track methology on opening and deepening
our relationships to nature - what he calls 'Radical Amazement'.
The day offers the opportunity to connect to our appreciation,
awe and wonder of nature through working with local, wild food
and exploring some tasty recipes. Time will be spent cooking
around a campfire with wild ingredients and working with experiential
exercises to explore our connection to nature. Using wild foods
found in our local area and looking at healing the split between
our body and mind we have the opportunity to open to feelings
of ‘radical amazement’ – a childlike excitement
and wonder at exploring the natural world. It is through this
feeling experience that our connection to nature lies.
Time: 10am - 4pm
Location: This event will take place at Dartington,
near Totnes, in South Devon.
