This is a new course
looking at the creative culinary potential
inspired by wild foods and campfire cookery. The day offers
the opportunity to connect to our appreciation and wonder
of nature through working with local, wild food and exploring
some different ways of cooking wild food through some tasty
recipes. Time will be spent cooking around a campfire with
wild plants found in the local area and foraging for some of
the ingredients.
Time: 10am - 4pm
Location: This event will take place at Dartington,
near Totnes, in South Devon.
