A Yoga retreat offers a chance to unwind, get centred, have
fun, and revitalise one's energies in a way that can bring
a permanent focus into every day living. A great get-away,
but also an experience which can influence and manage our path
to integrated health and happiness. Whether you are a complete
beginner in Yoga or are very experienced, you are very welcome
to join in. If you are concerned about an injury/ illness/
disability or are pregnant and unsure of participating; please
call the office and we can discuss your requirements. Yoga
should be available for all, and this holiday retreat aims
to bring like-minded people together to share the common need
to connect, whilst gaining all the time and space needed for
oneself.
You are absolutely welcome to do as much or as little as
you like, everyone comes on these holidays for different
reasons and we respect your individual needs. Daily Yoga
and Meditation is always scheduled - usually classes are
1½ hours but
can be longer and shorter depending on the time and the day's
schedule. The following workshops feature: Partner Yoga, Acupressure
or Oil Massage, Meditational Movement and Dance.
