We're very sad to tell you that Frank Cook died on the 19th August - he was an inspiring and wonderful man and will be greatly missed.

There are many ways in which to know the plants that grow around us. 
In this day course, we will look at:
Plant Identification - learning to notice family resemblances
Plant Uses - ways plants can satisfy our basic needs and wants
Plants as Allies - by slowing down enough we can learn their qualities through plant spirit journeying.

Trainer – Frank Cook, BSc
A Medical Herbalist, Frank has been studying the uses and qualities of plants over the last fifteen years. He has run courses internationally during his extensive travels, working with Shamans, Sangomas and Medicine Men around the world. He taught at the Appalachia School of Holistic Herbalism in the USA for six years, and has recently completed an MSc in Holistic Science at Schumacher College.

Frank is briefly in Devon this Autumn, and we are fortunate to have him contribute to the WildWise programme to share his depth of knowledge and experience with us.
